Kristy is a qualified Health Care Coach with strong experience within Community Services, particularly working with people living with disability. Kristy’s passion for community service based roles was recognised with a nomination for the ND Emerging Leader Awards where she was shortlisted to the top 10. She prides herself in the belief that every person, regardless of ability, deserves the right to live their dreams.
Kristy started with the Midway Group in 2018, becoming part of the Operations Management team in early 2019. Throughout her career she has gained an in-depth knowledge of disability services and the importance in assisting individuals and their family to plan for the best future, encouraging them to reach for all their goals and aspirations. Kirsty is excited to be involved with career development and training at Gecko Training Solutions, imparting her skills, experiences and knowledge onto others within disability services.

Outside of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) arena, Kristy has a passion for farm life and creating a sanctuary for a range of animals. She also loves spending time with her husband and children, whether it be at dance competitions or the local markets.
